#1/22大马国行加息0.25%

大马国家银行是在2020年7月7日时，因为新冠病对全国经济的影响，而把隔夜利率降到1.75%。 

2022年5月11日，国行说，大马国门已经在4月1日开放。所以，就决定加息0.25%。而且，国行也会慢慢地缩减货币宽松政策。 

• The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of Bank Negara Malaysia decided to increase the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) by 25 basis points to 2.00 percent. 
• The ceiling and floor rates of the corridor of the OPR are correspondingly increased to 2.25 percent and 1.75 percent, respectively.
  
• The global growth outlook will continue to be affected by the developments surrounding the conflict in Ukraine, COVID-19, global supply chain conditions, commodity price shocks, and financial market volatility.
• Headline inflation is projected to average between 2.2% - 3.2% in 2022. 
• With the domestic growth on a firmer footing, the MPC decided to begin reducing the degree of monetary accommodation. This will be done in a measured and gradual manner, ensuring that monetary policy remains accommodative to support a sustainable economic growth in an environment of price stability.
